CANCELLATIÓN POLICY
- You can make the total or partial cancellation of a purchase made through the Habros page as long as the goods have not been sent to you, for this, you must send an email to HabrosOnline@gmail.com or, communicating with us by telephone at 971 713 1055/971 713 2185.
- If at the time of receiving your notice (by any means mentioned above) the merchandise has already been sent, we ask you to refuse delivery at your address so that the courier service will return it to us. When we receive the goods back, we will make the refund in the same form of original payment except shipping costs.
- If your payment method was a bank deposit, we ask you to provide us with the following: CLABE Interbank, Bank and Name of the account holder; The refund will be made by electronic transfer for the amount of the order within five business days to obtain your data. No refunds will be made if we do not have the aforementioned data. If you do not have a bank account, you must provide us with the name to which a check will be issued and the branch in which you wish to collect it (prior official identification).
- In case of partial cancellations, only the price of the merchandise will be refunded and not the shipping costs.
- Only the shipping costs will be reimbursed when the reason for the cancellation is attributable to Habros for not having stock and not being able to fill the order.
- You may cancel an order made to be paid by bank deposit if you do not make the deposit within 3 calendar days of your purchase request.
