Habros accept the returns of any of our products for the following reasons:   

  • The item sent has manufacturing defects.   
  • The article sent is not the one that has been requested.

You have 78 hours (3 days) to report any anomaly described above.

In case of any anomaly, do not hesitate to contact us in our social networks or if you prefer in the online service we offer on our website Habros.  

In the same way the returns apply in any of our branches, as long as the following criteria are followed:   

  • You must present the merchandise you purchased and the original invoice to which the charge was generated.   
  • If so generated, credit card from which you generated the payment.
